Matthew Farzinpour of PSRS arranged the $1.9 million refinance of a newly renovated mixed-use property in The Bronx, New York. The three-story building comprises six units, including a ground-floor retail mini market and five three-bedroom multifamily units above, all featuring upgraded interiors and modern amenities. Financed through one of PSRS’s correspondent life insurance company lenders, the loan was structured with a 64% loan-to-value, five-year term, and 30-year amortization.
