David Smyle and Matthew Winkler of PSRS arranged the $1.5 million HELOC financing for a luxury rental estate home in Calistoga, California. The subject investment property is a 12,500-square-foot luxury, ten-suite estate with the space to accommodate 20 guests. Amenities include a spa and sauna, a 15-seat widescreen movie theater, a chef’s kitchen, spacious dining and living room, and bedrooms with an ensuite bathroom. Financed with bank execution, PSRS provided its borrower a 50% LTV, interest-only term.
