Sourced through one of PSRS’s correspondent life insurance companies, the transaction was structured at a 55% loan-to-value (LTV) ratio. PSRS delivered a fully self-amortizing 20-year loan term paired with a matching 20-year amortization schedule, providing long-term balance sheet stability for the sponsor.
