Tony Messiah and Garrett Carter of PSRS arranged the $35 million refinance of an Industrial Outdoor Storage (IOS) property in Ontario, California. The 60-acre property is a strategically located IOS asset in the heart of Ontario’s premier logistics corridor, near Ontario International Airport and within one of the country’s most critical distribution hubs. Surrounded by dense industrial development and major distribution centers, the property is well-positioned to benefit from sustained logistics demand and continued growth across the Inland Empire. PSRS financed the loan through one of its correspondent life insurance companies, providing its borrower with a non-recourse loan featuring a five-year term and 25-year amortization.
