The building offers private, turn-key kitchen solutions for local food & beverage businesses. Kitchens come equipped with hood systems, fire suppression equipment, walk-in community refrigerators and freezers, and many other amenities to fulfill their tenant’s kitchen needs. Financed with one of our correspondent life insurance companies, PSRS provided its borrower a 5+5+5+5+5-year loan term and a 25-year amortization.
