The subject property is a 140,474-square-foot grocery-anchored neighborhood center located in San Diego’s Mira Mesa submarket. Anchored by Seafood City, the center also features tenants such as Discount Tire, The Boiling Crab, Sherwin Williams, and McDonald’s. Financed with one of our correspondent life insurance companies, PSRS provided its borrower with a fixed-rate term with a 30-year amortization.
