Pasha Johnson and Trevan Swierczewski of PSRS arranged $11,000,000 in financing for the newly constructed Los Patios project in the Barrio Logan neighborhood of San Diego, CA. Los Patios is comprised of 42 residential units over ground-floor retail and plaza space. The project’s thoughtful design pays tribute to the neighborhood’s Hispanic roots and culture. Financed with bank execution, the lender offered 3 years of interest only to offset a rise in borrowing costs along with flexible prepayment to give the client optionality over future financing.
