Michael Tanner and David Sarnoff arranged the $14 million refinance of a 99,576 SF flex industrial facility in Irvine, California. Formerly part of the St. John corporate campus, the property features a climate-controlled warehouse with 20′ clear heights, four dock doors, five drive-in doors, and dedicated office space. PSRS placed the financing with a debt fund to deliver a 60% LTV loan with a two-year, full interest-only term.
