Michael Tanner and George Gianoukakis of PSRS arranged the $11.5 million refinance of a golf course and clubhouse in Henderson, Nevada. Built in 2002, the subject property offers golfers 36 holes of championship golf that traverse the desert canyons and valleys of the Las Vegas foothills. Financed with one of our correspondent life insurance companies, PSRS provided its borrower with a 3+3+3+3+3+3+2-year term and 20-year amortization.
