San Diego was the original office of PSRS founded back in 1972 by Daniel Mulvihill. In its early days, there were many different facets to PSRS’s business. Aside from mortgage banking, the company developed and managed properties. Nowadays, the San Diego office is home to a robust loan origination team and is where the entire servicing operation is housed.
