Summary:

PSRS Los Angeles is looking for a process focused individual to join our Production Team. The candidate should be able to work in a high-performance environment and must be detail-oriented, organized, have excellent computer skills, and be committed to providing excellent customer service. This role is responsible for processing loans for multifamily, and commercial properties from initial loan application through approval and handoff to the closing team.

The ideal candidate will be a professional individual with a conscientious and pleasant attitude.  The position requires an extremely organized, adaptable, and flexible individual who can work at a fast pace, follow established procedures, and balance priorities to meet deadlines.  The position requires a team player that demonstrates initiative and is project oriented.

Responsibilities:

• Work with loan officers, borrowers & underwriters on loan documentation
• Process loan applications efficiently and accurately, ensuring timely progression through underwriting and approval
• Collect and analyze data related to property values, market conditions, and economic factors affecting real estate investments
• Collect, verify, and organize all required documentation, including various borrowing entity documentation for LLCs, Corporations, Partnerships, and Trusts
• Ensure confidentiality of client files & maintain compliance
• Meet transaction deadlines and uphold quality control standards
• Coordinate on appraisal orders, rebuttal of values
• Request files and upload notes for post close
• Other duties and/or tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1-3 years of mortgage loan processor experience required
• Associate’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
• Familiarity with loan processing
• Experience using the Microsoft Suite of products (Word, Outlook, and Excel)
• Excellent communication and customer service skills to interact with borrowers and loan officers

PSRS is an Equal Opportunity Employer and offers a competitive salary & benefits package. Compensation for this role has a target range of $50,000 to $60,000 annually ($24.00 to $28.85 / hour) with bonus upside opportunities.
