Commercial Real Estate Analyst / Loan Production

Pacific Southwest is a mortgage banking company whose primary emphasis is making loans on larger commercial properties using money from insurance companies, pension funds, and Wall Street sources. We are a strong, privately owned, regional mortgage banking shop with a $4.5B servicing portfolio and a long-standing track record in the industry.

We are looking for someone who has the aptitude and drive to become a commercial loan officer with our firm and hopefully become a partner one day. The Commercial Real Estate Analyst will be expected to transition from a support role of other loan officers into a Loan Production role within 12-24 months, at which point the average loan officer can make between $250-500k per year. We mentor the analyst and provide as much support as needed during this transition to make sure they succeed. The position includes a competitive salary plus commission as well as a full benefits package.

We expect our candidates to have some commercial real estate experience, whether it has been in sales or leasing brokerage, or on the asset management and acquisition side. We want to hear from you if you would be interested in a career in commercial mortgage banking and one day become a Partner in our firm.
