Mr. Levy joined PSRS in 2014 and currently holds the title of loan officer. Mr. Levy earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from San Diego State University and a Juris Doctor from McGeorge School of Law.  Prior to joining PSRS in 2014, Mr. Levy worked as an attorney representing commercial property owners.  During his time with PSRS, Mr. Levy has combined his knowledge of real estate and business law to represent developers, corporations, property owners, and banks in various commercial real estate matters. As a Loan Officer for PSRS, Mr. Levy has closed deals for his clients on properties of all types throughout the country. While he was a practicing litigator, he represented clients in state and federal courts, including the United States Tax Court. In law school, Mr. Levy graduated in the top ten percent of his class, and his exemplary performance in his classes earned him membership into the Order of the Coif and the opportunity to work on a first edition law textbook, Property: A Contemporary Approach, published by Thomson West. Mr. Levy is affiliated with a variety of professional organizations, including NAIOP, the San Diego County Bar Association, and the San Diego Apartment Association, the Alpha Epsilon Pi Alumni Association, and he was the past president and co-founder of San Diego State’s Jewish Student Life Program.
